Пока у меня почти нет физической активности после операции, я очень стараюсь контролировать питание.
1.Не увеличивая объем, стараюсь делать каждый основной прием пищи более сытным, добиваясь одного, максимум двух перекусов в день.
2. Слежу за чувством насыщения. Жую медленно и кладу прибор в тарелку, пока жую. Потому что знаю свою черту, могу есть быстро и случайно переесть.
