事情经过：11/28号我方一道打款至HC-pay公司二道中转户一笔250998，当天下课一道户风控，天眼查也是没延伸和司法案件，并且查了一道户下发的所有二道并无司法，HC-pay公司以中转户卡钱一道户不能复转为由不回款，后经协商等中转户天眼出结果再处理，一直拖到12/6日，说他自己认一万U，剩余一万五千U让我们认亏，我方不同意后又扯皮，直至12/8日中转户经我方自己查证为别人当天打穿，让我们吃包子，现又扯皮说不认第一司法，只要复转不了就明吃。他方只认单向司法！ 对方理由：一道户当天下课后不能复转，当天出现无案件天眼图，不认第一司法，不管是不是被点的户，不能配合他们的任何要求都不回款。 我方说明：当天我们所打的全部二道户都查了天眼，没有一个二道户司法，HC-pay公司中转户还是多级虚拟户，就会被打穿，很不可思议。并且随后也查出不是我们打穿的还不认，要明吃，这样的嘴脸以后谁还敢和他们合作？ 注：图1.2.3为一道户天眼图，图4.5.…
