За 2023г. при наличии налоговой базы, брокер, который является налоговым агентом, вынужден удержать налог. Налоговая база считается по закрытым позициям. Налог в 13% до прибыли в 5 млн.р., 15%, что выше 5 млн.р. Если счета у разных брокеров и условно у каждого получилась прибыль до 5 млн.р., будет применена ставка в 13% по каждому, но в итоге нужно будет доплатить по ставке 15% самостоятельно, что выше 5 млн.р. дохо…
