Я лично выбирала поселок с очень строгим регламентом. Почему? Сосед не построит огромную розовую баню, которая закроет вам солнце на газоне, и будет портить весь вид)

И снова вернусь к посёлку где куплен дом. В посёлке есть строжайший архитектурный код. Туда входит все! От того какую дверь можно делать входную, до того какого цвета и размера может быть баня. Даже, какое озеленение можно использовать.

Суть то я вам не всю рассказала) Я смотрю квартиры в домах где все сдаётся whitebox. Нет черновой отделки 😃 То есть, ремонта шумного и грязи в доме вообще не будет) Представьте себе кайф от новостройки БЕЗ СОСЕДСКИХ РЕМОНТОВ!

Резюмирую плюсы. 1) от застройщика будет дешевле чем самостоятельно (если конечно ремонт вам не делает сосед Коля за бутылку) 2) квартира быстрее начнёт приносить вам доход 3) она будет иметь преимущество перед объектами рядом где в домах идут 1,5 года шумовые работы 4) ваше время будет сэкономлено (а оно бесценно) Минусы 1) вопросы по качеству 2) нельзя делать перепланировку.
