Утро началось с судебного заседания у судьи, которая вчера получила замечание. Хорошая судья, кстати, не знаю что там за проступок был, но рада, что она по-прежнему судья.

Смотрела сейчас аналитический выпуск известного агента по недвижимости, владельца школы агентов и сети агентств в РФ.
И я поняла почему его прогнозы по Краснодару не работают, он всю свою аналитику строит на знании двух застройщиков - Точно и Догмы.
Когда дошли до анализа ЮСИ, показатели распроданности квартир были гораздо лучше, чем у Догмы, эксперт говорит, ну вот это соседи Догмы, строят в Ростове, в Краснодаре н…
Уж на что только не проверяется объект перед сделкой, а теперь ещё нужно будет узнать не принадлежало ли когда-то имущество церкви, не было ли допущено нарушений при приватизации.
Очевидно, такие поправки не добавят стабильности гражданскому обороту.
В Юбилейном микрорайоне Краснодара люди активно сопротивлялись передаче набережной под строительство церкви, в итоге их мнение не учли и всё -таки планируют построить …

Россиян нужно штрафовать или даже сажать в тюрьму за съёмку видео о недостатках в новостройках, заявил владелец строительной компании «Точно» Николай Амосов.
По его словам, блогеры раздувают крупные скандалы из-за мелких недочётов, что сводит на нет все деньги и усилия, потраченные на рекламу объектов.
