На весну поставила себе глобально следующую цель - контакт с телом. А если развернуть ее, то там будет множество пунктов — здоровый сон 7-8 часов, водный баланс, регулярный спорт, полезное и вкусное питание, работа с ментальным здоровьем. В общем, как итог я себе сделала визуальную карточку, которую поставила на обои телефона и она мне напоминает куда держать фокус 😊 Сегодня уже замечаю,что когда беру телефон в руки…

Хочу сказать, что вчера я вас обманула, и тени были совсем не от Shik! (просто я лазала в их каталоге, но видимо потом перешла по предложенным товарам) Хочу сказать, что тени почти прошли проверку, я осталась скорее довольна.
