🆕. С 1 июля семейная ипотека меняется. Семья с одним ребёнком получает ставку 10–12%. Льготой это уже не назовёшь. Многодетным, обещают повысить лимиты в регионах. Сейчас 6 млнне хватит даже на двухкомнатную. Про четырёхкомнатную молчу. С 2020 под семейку брали в основном студии и однушки для сдачу в аренду.
