ДЕНЬ 7 — ФИНАЛЬНЫЙ ❤️ Снова пишу «задним числом», я уже в Хабаровске… Путь домой был непростой, и я планировала сегодня побыть в одиночестве, отправив детей в сад и к бабушке, но это был план-капкан🙈 Аня ночью заболела, Катя осталась дома, да и мне самой ужасно плохо. Утро началось с тренировки для новой аудитории (для участников лагеря), и я, как обычно, волновалась так, будто впервые в жизни вышла к людям🙈 Ночью почти не спала, потому что боялась проспать. А ещё всё думала, как за один час успеть донести свой подход, философию и методику. Чтобы люди не просто повторили упражнения, а действительно поняли «что мы делаем и зачем», хорошо размял…

✏️ ПРО ДЕНЬ РОЖДЕНИЯ В ЛАГЕРЕ… Кажется, это был один из самых необычных моих дней рождения)) в лагере уж точно я никогда не праздновала😅 Утром пришел муж с воздушными шариками, а мама с детьми вручили праздничный плакат😍 Потом была зарядка, где я весело потанцевала вместе с детьми.
