Глубина заложения дрен 📏 • С подвалом — трубы ниже уровня пола подвала. • Без подвала — глубина промерзания или уровень грунтовых вод. Иногда достаточно 50–70 см, но с правильным уклоном. Копать глубже без расчёта — лишние расходы и риск.

Подтопления подвалов 🏠 Сырость, плесень, мох на кирпичах — вода уже внутри. Решение: • Престенный дренаж по периметру. • Гидроизоляция стен (битум, мембраны). —————————————————————————————— Дренаж без гидроизоляции — зонт с дыркой, а гидроизоляция без дренажа — зонт в ураган. Работают только вместе.

Пучинистость грунтов ❄️ Почва с избытком влаги при замерзании «вздувается». Итог — трещины в фундаменте, перекошенные дорожки, «пьяный» забор. Особенно страдают глины и суглинки. Дренаж снижает влажность и, соответственно, пучинистость.

Типы почвы по водопроницательности 🌱 • Песок — вода уходит быстро. • Супесь — чуть медленнее. • Суглинок — задерживает влагу. • Глина — почти ванна, вода может стоять неделями. 💡 Совет: выкопайте яму, залейте водой и подождите сутки. Если не ушла — дренаж точно нужен.

Дренаж бывает 🛠 У каждой системы свой характер: • Поверхностный — отводит дождевую и талую воду. • Глубинный — борется с грунтовыми водами. • Престенный — защищает фундамент. • Кольцевой — идёт по периметру участка. Выбираем по проблеме, а не по названию.
