Екс-начальник Київської обласної військової адміністрації потрапив на обкладинку одного з українських журналів з тематикою «як відбудовувати Україну після війни». Цікаво, що це говорить людина, яка фактично на призволяще кинула область, якою керувала. За рахунок бюджету країни/області житлового фонду відновлено менше 1 відсотка. І це за рік після деокупації. Можемо уявити собі темпи відновлення України? І ще одне, Ку…

В Києві є позитивчик і Попко як завжди не має до цього жодного відношення. Мер Кличко повернув в повному обсязі муніципальні надбавки освітянам. Тепер їх зарплатня виросте, а частка міста в оплаті зарплат освітян виросте до 70 відсотків, решта з державного бюджету. При цьому місто в державний бюджет віддає 60 відсотків своїх податків, залишаючи на витрати собі лише 40. Так що пане Шмигаль рахуйте, хто кого годує!
Попко переміг сніг. Як заявив начальник КМВА, він особисто виїхав на боротьбу і завдяки його команді досягнуто наступного: - на Київ було спрямовано 45 317 сніжинок; - завдяки Попко і його друзям на підльоті знищено 41 742 сніжинки; - ще 2 311 сніжинок було знищено вже на асфальті; - решта сніжинок досягла цілі, але без зайвих ушкоджень для інфраструктури. Попко номіновано на нагороду «Людина року»
В Києві прибрали мішки з піском з будівлі адміністрації, в той же час в урядовому кварталі все без змін. Як подейкують - Попко особисто розпорядився прибрати мішки з піском. Наступним він планує прибрати захист з інших адміністративних будівель і пам’ятників. Або пан «де генератор» щось знає, або… І ще він педалює прибрати зупинку транспорту під час тривог. Ніби то мудро, а раптом прилетить?
Попко рулить. На минулому тижні в Офісі Президента відбулась нарада, що робити з пунктами незламності. В Києві влада сама вирішила їх згорнути і законсервувати обладнання до наступної зими. Тут Попко участі не брав. Але на нараді в офісі запропонував використовувати пункти обігріву як пункти… охолодження! Генерал «де генератор» віджигає!
Щодо призначення в міністерство освіти. Ніби то все норм, науковець, патріот, боєць. Але… Це призначення в першу чергу фактично списує Андрія Вітренко і скоріше за все йому вже за місяць доведеться шукати нову роботу. Так що депутат Київради має задуматись над своїм майбутнім і готувати запасний аеродром. А от призначення нового міністра в першу чергу говорить про те, що Єрмак віддає міністерство під патронат Довгого…
