Вспомнилось тут внезапно. Когда моей старшей дочери исполнилось два года, перед открытием летнего сезона купили мы прогулочную коляску. О такой я долго мечтала: легкой, красивой, известного бренда и, в общем-то, совсем не дешевой. Ну и, конечно же, праздничный стол. И да, странно не воспользоваться возможностью вкусить местных блюд😍 Совершенно необыкновенные: баттер чикен, сыр панир в остром сливочном соусе, дал бухара (чечевица, томленая в специях) и, куда без них, лепешки! Много лепешек! Хотя нет, таких лепешек много не бывает: с сыром, травами, специями, перцем… ммм😘

Сегодня День Писателя. День тех, кто открывает нам двери в иные миры, заставляет проживать чужие судьбы как собственные. Я с удовольствием поздравляю своих коллег с этим замечательным праздником! Путь писателя непростой, полный стремительных взлетов и отчаянных падений. Профессия, в которой все труднее заниматься тем, чем хочется, а больше приходится подстраиваться под новые правила. Пока родные края заметают снега, в Индии начинает цвести одно из самых красивых деревьев: хлопковое. Сначала оно сбрасывает листья, и на голых ветвях распускаются огромные цветы: красного, желтого или оранжевого цвета. Почему хлопковое? А именно потому, что потом в коробочках цветов созревает пух, которым, как пишут, набивают подушки, одежду, в общем, активно используют :)) С первым днем весны! Снежной ли, цветущей и…
