موقعیت سختی به نظر میرسه. سال تحصیلی و خصوصا امتحانا استرس زیادی رو به فرد انتقال میدن. میدونم که هندل کردنش ممکنه مشکل باشه و همه تمرکزتون رو خواسته یا ناخواسته صرف خودش بکنه ولی این واقعا مهمه که یه بخش از این تمرکز (حتی یه تیکه ی خیلیی کوچیکش) رو برای خودمون و منتال هلثمون بزاریم و بدونیم که حتی اگه نتیجه جوری که میخواستیم و واسش تلاش کردیم پیش نرفت بازم چیزای بدردبخور و ارزشمند زیادی سر راهمون وجود داشته که یادشو…
