Если вам немного за 30, ближе к 40. Вы знаете, что место этих ваших инстаграммов, и тиктоков занимал ЖЖ. Естественно там были сообщества о еде, самое легендарное - китченнах. Которое под народные стенания было закрыто через 7 лет. Да, здесь нещадно гнобили за майонез и кривую рецептуру. Но основы готовки я освоила тут и в изи куке. Закрыть закрыли, а архивы сохранили. Бабушкины пирожки по-шведски :)
Воскресенье - время шоппинга. Мы живём в тайской деревне (ближайший 7/11 - 15 минут на машине). Поэтому закупки приходится делать регулярно и с запасом. Выбирала я как обычно, креветочки в макро и тут вот такое. Саня любезно сфоткал - см. комменты. На фото грибочки, вполне безобидные и в суп и на жарку :)
Сегодня в тайском продуктовом зависла в отделе пряностей. В этих мешочках - специи для супового набора. С перцем для том яма, а второй просто для бульона (я так думаю).
Здесь, в Тайщине, найти можно почти что угодно. Мы нашли гречу, боже храни Lazada (аналог нашего ВБ и прочих маркетплейсов). Примечательно, что в той же Сербии маркетплейсов просто нет. А эта гречка была вкусной, можно брать!
Вернулась из тайского продуктового магазина, разложила зелень. Слева - направо: зелёный лук и петрушка, базилик, переводчик говорит что мята и петрушка (ценник в магазине, утверждает, что мята и кориандр), капуста ( попадается иногда в салатах). Наверху: капуста белокочанная, салат, ассорти грибочков, огурцы.
Часто от зимовщиков слышны стенания по-поводу того, что сложно адаптироваться к однообразию местной пищи: рис с курицей, лапша со свиньей, морские гады с рисом или лапшой в разных вариациях надоедают уже через пару месяцев.
