في بعض الاحيان تريد التكلم لكن لا تعرف كيف تعبر عن ما في داخلك فا تصمت من فرط ما تشعر، لكنك تعلم ان الصمت لم يكن حل ابداً، وتزرع في داخلك امل عسى ان يكون الصمت حل

قد تشعر بذالك الشعور الذي يجعلك عاجز امام الواقع لكن الحلول قليله والافضل عليك ان تقوم بتعديل بعض الامور مثل ما يحيط بك لعلهم هم السبب ليس الكل البعض الافضل ان لا تبقى تتذوق ذالك الشعور بين الحين والآخر جد حل

أَصْبَحْتُ لا أَدْرِي أَدَاءٌ أَلَمَّ بِي، أَمْ دَوَاءٌ أَلَمَّ بِدَائِي. وَالآنَ لا فَرْقَ عِنْدِي، إِنْ كانَ هَذا دائي أَوْ دَوائي. لقد أصبحتُ لا أستطيع التمييز بين ما أشعر به: هل هو ألمٌ يعتصر قلبي، أم دواء يُقدّم لي ليخفّف هذا الألم في بداياته؟ والآن لم يعد هناك فرق عندي، سواء كان ما أشعر به هو دائي أم دوائي.
