Семеновка Наши друзья , в течении месяца после подачи заявления через госуслуги подключили электричество , сделали цокольный этаж из НЕкапитального свайного фундамента , устанавливают не капитальный каркасный домик , установили емкости для привозной воды , септик !!! Совсем скоро , ребята будут любоваться рассветами и закатами с террасы с видом на море 🌊
В Семеновке красивейшие бухты с выходом на собственный пляж 🏝️ честно , словами не передать , как там красиво 😍 находятся пляжи 200-400 метров от наших участков
