Друзья всем добрый вечер🤗 Спешу сообщить что в наличии юкола Нерки, а так же филе форели и юкола форели) Форель для многих знакомая рыба, а про Нерку добавлю пару слов) Её мясо насыщенного красного цвета, на вкус более выраженная - "дикая". Мясо у неё плотное, но в то же время нежное и тает во рту. Она не такая жирная как форель) На вкус они очень разные, так что если вы не ели Нерку, то советую обязательно попробова…

И так, на сегодня я закончил все солить, вялить и коптить) Завтра до обеда могу развезти Ваши заказы,после уеду из города и буду в воскресенье) В наличии СЕГОДНЯ: -скумбрия -горбуша -форель юкола(без косточек) -форель на хребте -форель филе(без косточек) -теша форели(животики) Уже завтра будут доступны: -муксун -щекур -сырок(с икрой и без) -ряпушка Ассортимент уже как в магазине😁 Только цена приятнее😉

Тайна белого пакета раскрыта) В нем была нереально вкусная форель, слабосоленая с лёгким ароматом копчения😛 Представляю Вам её в двух видах, филе и юкола. Юкола чуть более подсушенный вариант приготовления) а так же отлично подойдёт как закуска) В наличии еще животики или "теша"- отлично сочетается с пенными напитками😉 Так же в рыбке нет костей, я заботливо удалил все что может помешать Вам насладиться ароматом и вк…
