Сегодня расскажу еще об одном проекте, который как бы есть, но который как бы нужно начать, чтобы он получился. В прошлом году на историческом семинаре в Казахстане мне подарили замечательную книгу К. Родионовой - единственную существующую пока о евангельских общинах Харбина. Но подарили с условием, что я напишу книгу о русской харбинской общине баптистов. Книг я еще не писал, поэтому буду набивать руку на заметках. …

Впервые довелось поработать в РГБ, нашел ряд интересных материалов. Да и приятно было своими руками подержать первые баптистские сборники - тот самый запах бумаги, который электронные копии не передают. Ленин в читальном зале №3 смотрел на меня, листающего сектантскую литературу, с толикой осуждения.

В прошлом месяце снова был в Москве на сессии Института Духовной Музыки. В целом студенты, как регенты, порадовали. Но вот экзамен немного напоминал общение с генеративным ИИ: - Вопрос по теме - Студент с уверенностью и энтузиазмом на ходу сочиняет факты биографии композитора - Останавливаешь, уточняя, что такого и в помине не было - Студент позитивно соглашается ("Вы сделали хорошее уточнение...") и начинает генерир…

Наконец, традиционное для нас оформление в две колонки было осуществлено Американским Библейским Обществом в 1947 г. В этом же году в газетах радостно писали о поставке Библий в Советский Союз. Однако из 118 тысяч книг Московской патриархии досталось только 3 тысячи Библии, 8 тысяч Евангелий, 400 Псалтырей и 100 Новых Заветов, т.е. около 10 % от объема поставки. Остальная литература была, очевидно, тайно утилизирован…

Итак, при содействии В. А. Пашкова было осуществлено первое каноническое издание Синодального перевода. Следующим важным событием был его выход в современной русской орфографии - это был сделано И. С. Прохановым в СССР в 1926 г. Несколько позднее, в 1927 г., тираж Библий был выпущен адвентистами седьмого дня. А вот Федеративный Союз Баптистов, несмотря на полученное разрешение, так и не успел осуществить свое издание…

При подготовке этого издания из текста Ветхого Завета были исключены не только неканонические книги, но также удалены так называемые «вставки из Септуагинты» в канонических книгах, которые в издании 1876 г. были заключены в скобки.
