Кто мог подумать, что у минтая на 200 гр филе - 30 гр белка?! А самое главное, что филе минтая, приготовленное в новой мультиварке, - вкусное! Не зажарено, не пересушено, идеально! Сейчас ещё тушенной капуски - и отличный ужин! :)
Подумалось тут, что я сейчас живу той жизнью, какой бы я жила, если не вышла замуж и не родила ребенка. Вот думала тут, как бы сложилась моя жизнь. Я, кстати, лет в 16 думала, что у меня никогда не будет своей семьи. А получилось даже две. И сейчас я живу так, как бы у меня не было ни одной. Скучаю ли я жить одна? Иногда нет. Иногда да. Вчера с туристкой ходили по ББТ. Потом мне не хватило нагрузки и последние три остановки до дома я шла пешком. Вышло 30 км. Утром встала, и ничего не болело. Рада за себя :)

Сегодня с Олесей ходили на скальник Витязь! Прогулялись по летнему лесу, подышали воздухом, посмотрели на тайгу с высоты! #походики #скальникВитязь

Вернулась из тура в 10 дней. Это было много даже для меня :) Зато было два свободных дня, когда я успела позагорать у бассейна :)
Заканчиваю 10-дневный тур. Была на восточном побережье Байкала, съездила в Чивыркуйский залив, в Баргузинскую долину. На западном берегу скатались на Ольхон. Отличный тур! )
Ещё про сломанную правую руку напишу. Рука не болит в целом. Только мышца (дельта) зажата. В обычной жизни вообще незаметно. А вот в тренажёрке, на растяжке, на виа феррате - заметно и ощутимо. Видимо, придется подождать до сентября и там уже недельки две выделить и походить на массаж руки.
