Кратко ситуация по ул. Киевская, 1 такая: долгострой сдали в ноябре 2020 /должны были сдать в 2014/ После 70 дней пикетирования, 9 августа 2021 дом наконец поставили на кадастровый учёт. И... В доме до сих пор нет воды и отопления. ЖСК обещает всё сделать "ближайшее время". Ну, в общем, сегодня месяц как это ближайшее время должно было наступить. Интересно, насколько хватит терпения "критической массы"? 😏🤓😈

О компетенции сотрудников Департамента Архитектуры и градостроительства 🤦♀🤦♀😏 А мы столько лет пытались решить вопрос через этих "троечников", по другому не назовешь 🤦♀😏😈 К слову: на Киевской, 1 до сих пор (!) нет воды и отопления /напомню, по документам дом поставили на кадастровый учёт 09 августа.
