✍ #تقویت_عضلات_انگشتان و #مچ_دست ❌ مامان موقع نوشتن دستم درد می گیره ♻دو خط موازی و با فاصله بکشید و از کودک بخواهید با مداد ،خطی از میان این راه عبوردهد به طوری که با دوخط کناری برخورد نکند(به تدریج فاصله دوخط موازی کناری راکم کنید) .این تمرین ها علاوه بر تقویت تمرکز و دقت بینایی عضلات دست کودک راهم تقویت کرده و هماهنگی دست و چشم او را زیاد می کند!
