قراردادهای اینها یک سال به یک سال است. اینها یه پله میان پایینتر؛ باز یک امنیت شغلی مستحکمی دارند، درست است قراردادشان یک ساله است ولی چند سال که کار کردند، با اینکه شاید حتی رسما، رسمیشان نکرده باشند ولی شبیه رسمیها میشوند. از این سطح به پایین که دیگر میشود قرارداد کارگران موقت بهصورت سه ماهه و یک ماهه. این کارگر فقط سه ماه یا یک ماه امنیت شغلی دارد و اصلا بهشدت حال و هوای متزلزلی در درونش دارد. توجه دارید! …
