🔴 بیشترین نارضایتی دانشجویان در استادشناسی از اخلاق اساتید است! با تحلیل نظرات دانشجویان در مورد اساتید نتیجه گرفتیم که "اخلاق بد" اساتید بیشترین عامل آزار دیدن دانشجویان در کلاس های درس است. این عامل خطرناک باعث میشود هر روز به صورت دومینو وار در جامعه عصبانیت، خشم، استرس و... بیشتر شود. عامل دوم نارضایتی "بی عدالتی در نمره دادن" است. اغلب مواقع بی توجهی به تلاش های دانشجو یا حتی نگاه جنسیت زده به دانشجویان!! متا…
