До сих пор нахожусь в какой-то постпремьерной эйфории от осознания,что мы создали прекрасный спектакль. ❤️ Он пожил совсем немножко, и больше повторять мы его не будем.🥲 Но там было столько искреннего, больного, глубокого, честного и трогательного, что хочется, чтобы все будущие спектакли оставляли внутри такую светлую радость и нежную грусть по ушедшему.☂️ В первый же день после выпуска я не валялась дома разбита…

Настоящий документальный театр, это часто очень больно. Открытость никогда не даётся просто. Но проживая на сцене то же, что в реальной жизни, проговаривая это всё и используя собственный текст как материал для творчества, ты проходишь такую сильнейшую терапию, какой ни один психолог дать не сможет. Сегодня на показе я плакала. Сцена забрала мои слезы, ребята окружили поддержкой и это ощущалось как одно большое чуд…

Весеннее🌸 Недавно Тёма подсказал классную штуку: Когда у тебя очень много задач, твой мозг защищается , и ты боишься за что-то взяться и прокрастинируешь. Попробуй в день выполнять хотя бы по одному простому делу, и ты не будешь перегружаться и постепенно объем того, что надо сделать, перестанет тебя душить. Очень просто и очевидно, но мне помогло. Потихоньку вылезаю из завала и чувство вины за невыполненное ух…

Вчера перформили в ДОКе. 💫 Был полный зал зрителей, и мы по главам делали перфомансы-пересказы по книге о войне. Очень благодарна Тёме, который поверил в меня и дал мне прикоснуться к такому глубокому, честному материалу.
