Долгое время я строила бизнес, исходя из установки: количество операций = деньги Т.е., сколько бухгалтер обработал – столько и должен заплатить клиент (если очень упрощенно) Сейчас я изменила подход к ведению бизнеса. И считаю, что самая большая ценность – время. Сколько мой сотрудник тратит на обработку запроса клиента. Если много – в чем сложность, что можно упростить / оцифровать Как быстро мы можем отреагиро…

Но как обеспечить безопасность внутри – если вы сами не профессиональный бухгалтер и не понимаете…

С моим клиентом приключилась ИСТОРИЯ 🙈 Отправился человек в банк - и между делом выяснил, что, оказывается, является директором ещё одной компании, кроме своей 🙈 О чем он ни сном ни духом, разумеется. Как так вышло? Украли ЭЦП🤷♂️ Проверили организацию - она вполне себе работающая, деятельность реальная Вот только директор номинальный.
