Сентябрь актвино посвятила работе с СВД (среднее время доставки до покупателя). Товар хорошо распредлен по всем кластерам России (по возможности все склады доступные склады), даже Дальний Восток, куда не очень любят грузится селлеры, т.к. товар туда едет около месяца. Не гружу Калининград, т.к. он пока не вляет на СВД, но там и бездна какая-то. Отправить туда товар можно, а вывезти или забрать брак уже невозможно. …

Уже где-то неделю стоят фуры с грузами из Китая. Радует, только то, что у меня в пути нет товара для продажи. Но есть сборный груз личных вещей. Интересная ситуация. Даже если не покупать товар в Китае, а на рынках Москвы. То к ним так же едет товар Карго. Намечается аутофстоки ….

Август насыщенный на поступление товара на мой склад и соответственно отгрузку на склады озона. Уже получила 2 поставки и от грузила. Сегодня еще Получаю 2 палеты товара, в ближайшие два дня буду упаковать и отгружать. Кстати, на мне не сказался коллапс на складах озона в Москве и Питере. Поставки принимаются быстро. ❗️У Ozon возник логистический коллапс на складах в Москве и Питере. Заказы задерживаются, продавцы несут убытки, фуры простаивают сутками, а свободных слотов для отгрузки нет — ближайшие даты только после 3 сентября. Итоги июля 💸 План был сделать 500 000₽ чистой прибыли, но не получилось. Первая ошибка: поздно заказала товар из Китая + карточка набрала хорошие обороты и продажи были в некоторые дни больше плана. С одной стороны классно, с другой - это приближало меня к аутофстоку. Так и случилось. + зашли конкуренты с очень низкой ценой. И все пошло не по плану.
