این کتاب در سالهای دهه شصت و میانه جنگ ایران و عراق، منبع سرگرمی خانوادهها بود. به تازگی مشخص شده است که ترجمه آن توسط خانم شهرنوش پارسیپور که به تازگی فوت شدند، انجام شده بود که ظاهراً برای امرار معاش و با نام مستعار به چاپ سپرده است. @journalistslifestyle
