Яблочно-цитрусовый аромат, выраженный солодовый вкус с оттенками карамели, приятное послевкусие. Очень мягкий, пьётся и в чистом виде, и в хайболе прекрасен, благо Suntory Kakubin считается чуть ли не эталоном под японский хайбол. Его сделать просто: лёд, виски, содовая, чуть сиропа юдзу и, по возможности, украсить долькой юдзу. Дегустировал Eugene S. 40°, 0.7л #виски
