2 measurements spanning 2 days. Dots are measurements; the straight line between them is drawn to join them, not to claim we know the path taken in between — snapshots are recorded only when a count changes, so gaps mean “no change observed”, never “interpolated”. The vertical axis spans 88–90 and does not start at zero.

Engagement

20 posts held, back to 26 May 2024the reader has not yet reached the start of this channel’s public history, so older posts may sit further back, unread. Read across 1 pageof Telegram’s post history, 20 posts per page.

Nothing published in the last 30 days. ERR and ER are rolling 30-day measures, so there is nothing to compute — we hold 20 posts for this entry, the most recent from 21 April 2026. An engagement rate over an empty window would be a number about nothing.

Lifetime counters from Telegram’s own channel header, read 9 August 2026 — not the date at the top of this page, which is when the subscriber count was last read. Below Telegram’s rounding threshold, so these counts are exact.

Reaction mix

62 reactions across 16 posts, in 4 distinct kinds. The most used accounts for 48.4% of them.

No sentiment is inferred, and none should be read in. This table is ordered by count and by nothing else. Emoji do not carry stable meaning across languages or communities — 🙏 is thanks in one channel and mourning in another — so we publish which ones were pressed and how often, and pass no judgement on what an audience meant by them.

Precision. Telegram publishes reaction counts per emoji and short-forms each one — 4.34K, 1.2M — so any single kind at or above 1,000 reaches us at three significant figures, and only counts below 1,000 are exact. The shares above are ratios of those figures and carry the same error. This is also why the total here can differ slightly from a reaction total printed elsewhere on the page: both are sums of the same rounded parts, taken over samples with different edges.

Coverage. Reactions were read on 16 of the 20 sampled posts in this sample. Summed by Telegram’s own count on each post — not by adding up the per-emoji breakdown above — those same posts carry 62reactions in total: the kind of figure the paragraph above means by “a reaction total printed elsewhere on the page”.

Measured over the 20 most recent posts we hold, published 26 May 2024 to 21 April 2026, using the newest reading held for each. Telegram Stars are excluded: they are a payment, not a reaction, and they have their own section.

https://arxiv.org/html/2603.21852v2 And what you can do now - express analytical functions with just one operator eml(x,y) = exp(x) - ln(y) Building an AST for (any) math formula is now basically encoding a binary tree with numbers/variables on the leaves. So you may regress on both coefficients AND function at the same time. At least I predict lots of cool math puzzles and fun results!

https://wp.doc.ic.ac.uk/cairesfe/wp-content/uploads/sites/80/2014/12/reject.pdf I found this paper mentioned in Bertrand Meyer's blog. This is a 20-year-old satirical paper, which shows how the landmark papers of software engineering might be rejected by reviewers. I won't judge the quality of the text and humour, but I want to highlight, that the papers reviewed in this text are indeed the basis of my CS education

Have you ever heard of NFL theorem (no free lunch theorem)? This is the statement (approximately), that if you average performance of the algorithm on all the problems, it will be the same: if somewhere you are better, in the other place you are worse. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/No_free_lunch_in_search_and_optimization

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RANDU sometimes, you have to invent something really horrible to show, what can go wrong, and to provide good examples for quality tests. RANDU was a widely used easy to implement pseudorandom generator, which bad properties can be derived arithmetically in 2 lines (which you may find in wikipedia). But who cared 🙂

DeepMind… as usual. https://research.google/blog/accelerating-scientific-breakthroughs-with-an-ai-co-scientist/ Yesterday they presented an AI co-scientist: multi-agentic Gemini 2 based system, purposed to evaluate and propose novel research ideas based on exploration of SoTA literature, internal debates and hell … all other smart AI tricks. Model is assessed against GPQA (multiple-choice graduate level questions) s

LinkedIn brought me two posts in a row. One was about major breakthroughs in AI for the last 4 years. One of these advances was "improvements in matrix multiplication". The other one was this text with slides (slides attached in comments), telling about a startup founder visiting another startup in City (London) to give a talk on matrix multiplication. I am not into the topic at all, but I was teaching parts of HPC h

From the depth of the ocean, the beast arose to herald the following. Next Thursday, Jan 30 (5PM UK, 6PM Belgrade, 8PM Moscow/Innopolis) I will give an online talk at Quantum Serbia about QEC. This is a mixture of things I was presenting at Math Club of Innopolis University, and a presentation I was giving in DataScienceConference this year. So, grab your whisky, and join! https://www.meetup.com/quantum-serbia/even

Showing the 12 most recent of 20 posts we hold for @iu_aml. View and reaction counts are the latest single reading for each post, not a live figure, and a recent post is still accumulating both. A view count marked was rounded by Telegram before we ever saw it — t.me prints views in full below 1,000 and to three significant figures above, so ≈1,200,000 means somewhere between 1,150,000 and 1,249,999. Unmarked counts are exact. Text is reproduced from the public post preview and truncated for length.

Forward network

Built only from forwarded posts we have actually read, on both sides. Coverage is early and deliberately incomplete: a missing link means we have not read the post that would prove it, never that the relationship does not exist. Counts are distinct forwarded posts observed, so they only ever go up as we read more.

A live page changes as we take new readings, so a citation should name the measurement it is based on, not just the URL. The line below cites the subscriber count as measured 9 August 2026 — this entry's latest reading, not the date you are reading this.
