Готовь сани купоны летом! Всем привет! Сегодня пополнил счёт на 5000 рублей. Купил одну ОФЗ. И выбрал я ОФЗ 26243. Самая крупная позиция из облигаций в портфеле. ✅ Взял 7 штук. Теперь в портфеле их 82 штуки. Следующий купон будет выплачен в декабре. НКД всего около 14 рублей. Плюс, просадка по ней в районе 5%, неплохо усредняюсь. Выбрал категории кэшбэка на август по карте Альфа банка. Классные выпали. 👉 Больше всего нравится - 2% на продукты. ✅ Сбер почти закрыл недавний дивидендный гэп. Ещё сами дивиденды не успели прийти. Есть шанс, что на следующей неделе он полностью будет закрыт. В понедельник решил покупать только ОФЗ. При чём куплю только один выпуск. Об этом будет следующий пост 🙌

⚡️ Индекс Мосбиржи на фоне снижения ключевой ставки показывает рост (скорее отскок). За полгода снижение примерно на 20%. За неделю индекс показывает рост на 6%. В последние месяцы на рынке были упаднические настроения. Сегодня рынок внёс нотку позитива в наши будни. Всем хороших выходных!

❗️Ключевую ставку снизили на 0,25%, до 14%. ОФЗ в портфеле сегодня реагируют ростом! Следующее заседание будет 11 сентября. В целом, для рынка акций это хорошая новость, если тренд на снижение ставки продолжится, будет хорошо. Наблюдаем! В этот понедельник снова буду делать покупки, но, скорее всего, добирать буду только облигации

✅ Как обычно, сегодня пополнил свой портфель на 5000 рублей. Кандидат на покупку был единственный и неповторимый - это Сбер 😁 Добрал 10 штук ~ по 260 руб. Итого в портфеле стало 104 штучки, просадка в районе 12%. Рад, что докупил по такой цене. Я думаю див. гэп будет закрыт быстро. И в ближайшие недели ждём дивы по Сберу. На графике Сбера уже заметен дивидендный гэп. Акции сейчас торгуется ~ по 250 рублей. В понедельник буду как раз его добирать по более низкой цене. Если останутся средства - ещё доберу немного ОФЗ. ❗️ Акциям Сбера нужно вырасти почти на 30%, чтобы вернуться к 320 руб. Такую идею можно обыграть. Но это не сигнал и не рекомендация к действию!
