#недвижимость 🇷🇺 А кто в курсе, что такое в Абакане происходит, что там такая доходность от аренды недвижимости? Москва кстати на 70 месте с доходностью 0.3% годовых. Склонен верить в это, т.к. эта доходность посчитана с учетом инфляции. #банкротства А знаете какой рынок на самом деле занимает третье место по объему в РФ?! Проблемная дебиторская задолженность юридических лиц. По итогу 2024 года объем рынка был 6.1 трлн ₽, а по итогу 2025 статистики пока нет, но мы все понимаем, что ее стало на порядок больше. 🤫

#мысли Наглядная статистика объемов рынка в зависимости от отрасли. Пока что Россия до сих пор сидит на нефтянной игле, но очень бодро догоняет ее экономика потребления. Это все больше к вопросу во что инвестировать или где делать бизнес. Например рост рынка на 1% от года к году в E-commerce это + 100 млрд ₽, а рост на 3% в рознице это + 75 млрд ₽. Только сами знаете что у нас E-com растет намного быстрее розницы…
