Ни в одном лекционном зале и семинарской аудитории на юрфаке нет окон. Я, кстати, на это внимания не обращал, пока в подкасте не услышал про это. В целом все лекционные залы располагаются на -1 этаже, немного под землей. Есть ещё две аудитории на -2 этаже, рядом с бункером. Там совсем грустно. На парах достаточно часто много народа и мало воздуха и пространства. Поэтому постоянно такой контраст, когда посещаю Campus…

Во второй фирме было интереснее: нас не разводили по разным кабинетам, был один общий зал с несколькими столами, за которыми стояли юристы из разных отделений. Можно было курсировать между ними. Я простоял весь вечер у Dispute Resolution. Ещё был квиз с вопросами про фирму. Очень весёлый формат + действительно что-то узнал о фирме. Не знаю, как за другими столами, но за нашим столом юристы активно нам помогали. Пар…

Юрфирма с лучшим видом в городе. Сколько раз проходил мимо, столько раз хотелось попасть к ним. Слева направо: Ратуша, главное здание университета, Вотивкирхе. Концепция посещения простая: сотрудники фирмы рассказывают че и как у них просходит + им можно задать вопросы + немного побродить по офису. Представлено обычно несколько подразделений фирмы. Город Вена и бизнес проводят каждый год что-то типа "Ночи музеев", но только вместо посещения музеев – посещение фирм. Собственно, так и называется - "Lange Nacht der Unternehmen". Вся движуха начинается в Ратуше. Стенды с компаниями, возможность проверить CV, сделать фото, какие-то выступления, Q&A на стендах. А потом развозят на автобусах по разным фирмам и предприятиям. Сегодня ДР у университета – 661 год. Каждый год 12 марта выходной. Основатель университета (некий Рудольф IV) умер всего через пару месяцев после основания и даже не дожил до ответа Папы Римского, который отказал ему в открытии теологического факультета (он был разрешён позже). Перевод с картинки: Новый формат лекций по гражданскому праву 10,5 часов в неделю. Это можно сразу в резюме вписывать, если выдержишь за один семестр. Как я уже сказал полный курс гражданского права читается 2 раза в год. Т.е. каждый семестр. Поэтому лекции читаются интенсивно, 3 раза в неделю по 3,5 часа. Читают разные профессоры с кафедры ГП. Семестр наконец-то начался! Начали сразу с 3,5 часовой лекции по гражданскому праву. Кстати, всё ГП/Zivilrecht читается за один семестр. Это последствие нового учебного плана. Раньше хотя бы читали часть в первом семестре, часть во втором. Теперь дважды в год полный курс. Разбивки на общую/особенную часть нет. Хотя сдаётся по итогу два экзамена – устный и письменный. Осталось приобрести кодекс.
