Цены на новостройки переписывают максимумы. Год назад брал в СБ 77,2 м за 105,9к€, сейчас на старте продаж тот же 3-й этаж 63 м за 110к€ продают. Потолок где-то рядом или все мы заложники старых цен и новые максимумы впереди? Вопрос, на который сейчас нет ответ…

Очередной кровавый день на российском рынке Постепенно к такому привыкаешь, а вот новичкам, которые зашли на рынок РФ может быть неприятно. У меня процент падения небольшой, так как портфель на 2/3 состоит из облигаций и фондов ликвидности, которые "держат" общую стоимость портфеля, но в целом конечно картина малоприятная UPD. Минус вырос до 1,2% счета. Неприятно, но не смертельно. Не фондой единой.
