علاج الفتور والغفلة -قال شيخ الاسلام ابن تيمية رحمه الله: "الاستغفار من أكبر الحسنات فمن أحسَّ بتقصير في قوله أو عملِه أو رزقه أو تقلُّب قلبه فعليه بالتوحيد والاستغفار، ففيهما الشفاء إذا كان بصدق وإخلاص". - وقال ابن عثيمين رحمه الله: "مَن وجد في نفسِه إعراضًا عن الطاعات التي كان يفعلُها فليُكثر من الاستغفار".
