Аневризма с кровоизлиянием за 1 месяц до операции. После кровоизлияния появилось двоение в глазах, которое так и не прошло к моменту операции. Первоначально было предположение, что у пациентки не тромбированная аневризма, а кавернома с экзофитным ростом. Однако, это предположение было отвергнуто интраоперационно.
