最近我们发现工兵过于敷衍，一味只吃优惠，从不锐评。在服务和价格上模棱两可，混淆视听（只打8-9的高分，罚站/服务不到位，机车甚至被包装成刚下海羞涩），从而导致一些不该通过的老师通过了，甚至有些老师刚上榜就收到了普通学员差评。 学生会采用的是完全工兵制的审核验证方式，能不能通过很大程度取决于学员的认知和客观，一味龟男舔狗只会导致质量普遍下降，大家的CJ体验显著降低。 我们学生会不是培养老师的温床，坚持锐评和客观才是王道！管理虽不忍干涉，但还是强势加入了管理审核机制：服务与课表不符、人照差异过大、工兵漂移两次、工兵评估价格偏高 但仍为大趋势下的工兵普遍龟男舔狗所痛心！维护市场人人有责，对于工兵不作为今后也将严肃处理，只吃优惠不锐评，对关键服务和价格评判模棱两可，将直接限制工兵或者直接移除以正视听！！！

杭州学生会作为市场上为数不多的公益群体挡了太多收费群和黑中介的财路了，所以他们常常雇佣或者唆使黑恶分子对我群进行多次攻击。 最近我们发现炸群组织一到半夜就开始发各种恶心视频或者图片，虽然群禁止发送图片和视频并且有学分限制，但是系统拦截偶尔也有延迟。 如遇凌晨0-5点的恶意发送（一般发送不成功，会一直弹机器人提醒），请截图或者保留用户名、ID发送管理处理，可奖励100-200学分！ 如无法妥善处理，将在夜晚暂时关闭群聊！！！

关于时效问题： 工兵优惠为1天，工兵超过12小时未预约即为作废。18点前只接受当日报名，当日完成并提交报告的优先；18点后开始报名次日，约课时间不得晚于次日同时间，并且报告提交时间最迟不得超过24点。 我们发现在工兵验证过程中，依然有学员主观或者刻意占用兑换名额：一次多兑，或者兑完不约（包括几天后约）甚至兑完约几天后。此类情况直接作废。 活跃学员违反的，第一次可豁免，扣除所有学分予以惩戒，浅活跃或者不活跃都予以直接移除。并上榜前已明确告知老师认证规则，老师未明确拒绝或取消的一切后果由老师承担！ 兑换后未在一天内出报告或者刻意拖延，上榜前已明确告知老师认证规则，老师未明确告知或催促的，就需要另外增加名额直至完成，一切后果由老师承担！增加两次以上就将对该老师予以劝退。
今天起正式废除工兵报名模板，改用群内发送“查询” 转发个人信息至管理，并附过往报告、待出击老师 完成时间默认管理提交时间一日后，不再手动填写 简化模板填写，和学分截图，提高报名效率 数字ID方便追索，老师可在用户名前加 @ 联系！

重新优化了报告模板，简化了打分选项，基本恢复原来的报告模板 群内发送“报告”体验，后续以此模板为准，工兵或者自助提交报告！
目前群里恶意灌水的现象已有所好转，学分本质是为了鼓励ly之间的分享。学生会每天的积分都有上限，正常交流即可达到。另，恶意灌水后删除自己发言的学分会直接清空，不要存在侥幸心理，这条规则在练功房时代都有，不会更改。
