كان تقييمها بالبداية ١ من ٢٠ وبعد الجلسة الثالثة اصبح التقييم ٦ وبعد الجلسة السادسة اصبح ١٨ كانت لا تعيش اللحظة وفقدت طعم الحياة، والتحسن كان نتيجة التعاون والاستمرارية على مدى شهرين فهل ترغب بالتحسن ايضا؟ تواصل عبر الخاص للاستفسار
المغرور يفقد الكثير بسبب تعاليه، لان الغرور يمنعه من طلب المساعدة او طلب المعرفة من الاخرين احيانا. وهو يظهر عكس ما يبطن، فتراه محبا للفت انتباه الاخرين حتى يشعر بقيمة ذاته كن صادق مع نفسك، واعرف نفسك جيدا، واعمل على تحسين جميع جوانب شخصيتك. وتذكر ان قدوتنا بالاخلاق والتعامل هو رسولنا الكريم صلى الله عليه وسلم
