#مسألة 469): في كثير من موارد القضاء عند سماحتكم -قضاء الصوم- يكون القضاء بنحو الاحتياط الوجوبي وهذا ظاهر لمن يراجع كتاب الصوم في رسالتكم العملية منهج الصالحين والسؤال هو إذا أراد المكلف الانقياد لهذا الحكم وأراد أن يقضي فهل يقضي بنية جزمية أم بنية رجاء المطلوبية؟ #بسمه #تعالى: لا شك ان الأحوط نيّة رجاء المطلوبية. @holyshin

#مسألة 462): ذكرتم في كتاب الصوم (منهج الصالحين) ص 37( ): (بالنسبة للحائض والنفاس إذا فاتتها عشر أيام مثلاً من شهر رمضان وأمكنها القضاء خمساً منها ولم تقضها وماتت، يجب قضاء الخمس دون الزائد). فهل يطبق نفس هذا الحكم بالنسبة للمريض الذي فاته أيام من شهر رمضان ومات قبل أن يبرأ؟ #بسمه #تعالى: كلا. إلا في صورة واحدة وهي ما إذا بقي من شوال خمسة أيام مثلاً ومات. فلا يجب القضاء أكثر من ذلك. @holyshin
