2019年6月9日，因反送中條例示威而引發的社會運動展開。 同年8月5日，全港大三罷，以群眾力量成功癱瘓機場。 至9月尾，行動逐漸演化，9位素未謀面嘅航空業職員，不約而同地挺身而出，響應行業抗爭號召，自發組織新航空業工會，當時稱為「香港航空業界聯合工會」。 與勞工處交涉多時，於2020年2月20日，定名為「航空同業陣線」的新工會正式成立。 承蒙機場同路人支持，於疫情陰霾下，首輪會員召募街站已有超過100人申請加入。 可惜隨着港區國安法實行，全港多個組織都相繼面臨無理打壓，大部分都最終需要選擇結束，航陣亦不能置身事外。 2022年1月初，經過特別會員大會表決，最終於全數贊成下，無奈地決定今日2022年2月20日，航陣兩周年之際，正式宣告解散。 本理事會全體理事謹此向所有同路人致謝！ 冇你哋呢兩年半以嚟嘅支持、信任、鼓勵、體諒，航陣冇可能支撐到咁耐。 多謝所有香港人嘅努力，令我哋擁有呢份畢生難忘嘅經歷。 雖然我哋即將各散東西，仍望他…

雖然講嚟極權都係唔會聽唔會改，依個時勢我哋亦都無嘢可以攞嚟同佢哋談判，但係唔想鬱埋喺個心度，所以航陣僅此向政府、機管局及一眾航空業者表達以下意見： 1. 打唔打針同食唔食藥係人權，係病人權益，係醫德問題，利用任何手段威迫利誘都唔符合文明地區嘅固有價值觀； 2. 正如日前歐洲商會所講，依家歐美各國都視疫苗為減低重症或死亡嘅措施，而無法杜絕感染；反觀現時政府同機管局嘅收緊措施更顯缺乏邏輯； 3. 打針應屬個人風險考慮，就如MPF咁，退休保障係好事，唔代表要強迫所有人投資落進取嘅高風險基金，要俾保本基金人哋揀... 4. 如果政府認為機場員工嘅工作環境係高風險，咁點解唔將武肺列為職業病？！我哋航陣上年二月一早已經要求你封疫區關嚟保障機場員工同社區喇～ 5. 如果政府同公司認為有高染病風險，點解唔好似其他職業病(例如肺積塵、職業性失聰、輻射病)咁，由公司/政府免費幫員工檢測？！請問依家有邊種疾病係要員工自費檢查先可以返工？？點…

航陣一直認為打針涉及宗教、信仰、道德、個人意願等等人權考慮，僱主以至政府都無權以任何手段要求員工接種疫苗。 如果僱主認為員工有感染風險，則應該為員工提供免費檢測，與高危行業的職業病檢查，或者公司入職身體檢查做法一樣。 任何公司都當然希望能夠聘請不受運作限制影響嘅員工。如今政府提出相關要求，基本上令於機場禁區工作的所有員工都無一倖免，變相借刀殺人，以市民飯碗威迫打針，以語言偽術違背當初不會強制接種嘅承諾。 政府口口聲聲指有關措施旨在外防病毒入，說法貽笑大方。一來當初一眾工會要求封關，阻截旅客從當時作為唯一疫區的中國內地來港，可惜政府一直置之不理。二來接種疫苗後仍然會有機會染病，同樣有流入社區風險，同樣需要進行檢測才能發現問題。故此，本會認為機管局現行選擇性打針/檢測措施已經足夠，規定機場職員打針實屬浪費資源的擾民措施，多此一舉，令機場職員無辜地蒙受沉重壓力。 https://www.thestandnews.com/politi…

#教協 向來致力做好工會工作，為教師解決勞資問題，為教師同教統局作橋樑，改善香港教育政策，絕非官媒所指毒瘤。 推動教師罷工，乃屬工會依法擁有嘅權利；參與民陣及支聯會工作亦是為了對政府政策和民生議題嘅關注。 政府單方面斷絕關係，顯示政府無意與工會好好溝通，漠視教協9萬5千名會員，以至更多未有成為會員嘅教師聲音。 否定教協嘅教育專業團體地位更是貽笑大方，大大把打落職工會登記局嘅面上。 今日教協所面對嘅情況，都可以以任何理由任何形式套用去任何行業嘅團體以至工會。面對如此公然藐視工會嘅行為，#航陣 予以強烈遣責！
