США планируют построить военную базу на ирано-бакинской границе. Предполагается, что военная база будет расположена в Ленкорани, в непосредственной близости к границе с Ираном. Согласно азербайджанским СМИ, действующий и будущий президент «демократического» Азербайджана Ильхам Алиев решил «выйти в народ» и прогуляться по нефтяному и «многомиллионному» Баку.
