Ну что могу сказать… прогресс на лицо. Легла в 3.00 встала в 8.00. Ну как встала 😁заставила себя встать. Бодростью не пахнет. Зато переделала уже кучу рабочих задач. Спать, конечно, дико хочется. 2 часа поработала и не выспавшийся мозг уже с трудом складывает «умные» мысли в голове. За выходные точно восставновлюсь в режиме. А карта дня то какая мне выпала 😻 Старший аркан - МИР Призывает делать свою жизнь самому…

Как восстановить режим? 🤪 Это капец 😁 я все ещё ложусь в 3 ночи и еле открываю глаза в 11 утра Ставить будильник раньше на 15-20 мин каждый день и ложиться раньше - не работает. Вообще для меня такой режим не свойственнее. Я очень люблю жить в режиме. В декабре сильно сбила по определённым причинам. И все ещё живу полуночником. ПАААМААГИТЕЕ 😁 есть у кого лайфаки?

Я сегодня краткость - сестра таланта. И я знаю, что те техники, которые ты даёшь - работают. Да ты и сама знаешь 😅 мой цикл старта через желания в 2019 году завершился чуть больше, чем через 5 лет. А точнее через 5 лет и примерно 3-4 месяца. Выхожу на новый уровень 🎚️ но это были такие изменения бомбические. Кстати, я недавно чистила гуглоблако и нашла скрины с блокнота, которые отправляла тебе 😁с желаниями, заданиям…
