با نهایت تأسف و تأثر، درگذشت نابهنگام همکار جوان و پرتلاش‌مان فرزاد بهراملو، اینترن دلسوز و مهربان گروه پزشکی، را به جامعه پزشکی، همکاران گرامی، و خانواده محترم ایشان تسلیت عرض می‌نماییم. بی‌تردید فقدان این عزیز، نه‌تنها برای دوستان و همکاران، بلکه برای آینده پزشکی کشور ضایعه‌ای سنگین و اندوه‌بار است. از درگاه خداوند متعال برای آن مرحوم آرامش ابدی و برای بازماندگان صبر و شکیبایی مسئلت داریم.
