Bu kitabı oxuyanda xeyli zövq aldım. Belə başa düşdüm ki, John Banville-in özünəxas nəsri var və tərcümədə də onu qorumağa çalışıblar. Xüsusilə qəhrəmanın Pierre Bonnard haqqında əsər yazmağa çalışan sənətşünas olması və əsərin özünün də Bonnardın yaradıcılıq stilistikası ilə səsləşməsi maraqlı tapıntı idi. Bayaq niyəsə beynimə "Alma almaya bənzər"ə baxmaq düşdü. Daha əvvəl izləsəm də, unutmuşdum. Ona görə təkrar izləmək yaxşı oldu. Bəsit film deyil, maraqlı məqamlar çoxdur.
