【不安心醫院】 我們從昨天醫院管理局發放的第一百九十六期防疫快訊中得知，醫管局為配合所謂政府整體防疫工作，將由11月1日（星期一）起要求進入醫管局總部、公立醫院及轄下醫療設施的職員及訪客都必須使用「安心出行」流動應用程式掃描場所二維碼，並聲稱有關新安排能提高接觸追蹤工作的效率及準確度，減低出現社區爆發的風險。 本會現向當局提出兩項疑慮，望能從速回應。 一，疫情爆發至今，醫管局一直委派「感染控制組」同事進行接觸者追蹤，當中的調查深入及行之有效，涵蓋每位同事於每個醫療程序上所涉及的步驟與相關保護裝備。當局一直堅持只要同事配上合適的裝備，便不屬於密切接觸者，亦無須接受隔離。 如今，醫管局卻多此一舉。在疫情受控下，要求員工出入醫院掃描安心出行應用程式，並聲稱會以應用程式進行更有效和準確的接觸追蹤。本會質疑當局為何於行之有效的接觸者追蹤方法下，在疫情回落之際，加上社會大眾對有關程式追蹤表現存疑時，仍硬推有關程式。本會對此實屬不解，…

【九龍醫院清潔工同事接種疫苗後不幸離世 要求醫管局立即停止變相強制接種計劃】 據多間傳媒報導，一名九龍醫院清潔工同事，於8月29日因急性心臟病離世。她於去世前三天，曾因醫管局要求而接種科興疫苗。本會對於同事突然離世，表示深切哀悼。並要求醫管局立即停止「假自願，真強制」員工接種武漢肺炎疫苗計劃，以免再有同事即使擔心疫苗的副作用，卻仍然被逼接種疫苗。 自上月起，政府強制所有公務員及政府員工接種武漢肺炎疫苗後，醫管局隨即要求所有因個人原因而未接種疫苗的員工（包括全職及兼職員工），須於公餘時間，每兩星期自費進行一次鼻腔和咽喉合併拭子核酸驗測。 本會於8月10日已去信醫管局 (https://www.facebook.com/HA.EmployAlliance/photos/a.115718553232619/373886930749112/)，表示堅決反對有關做法，並質疑有關做法為「假自願，真強制」，藉故增加未接種疫苗員工的金錢及…

【醫管局員工陣線就醫管局逼員工打針致函局方】 「假自願，真強制」接種武漢肺炎疫苗 本會據悉 貴局於九月一日起，將要求所有因個人原因而未接種武漢肺炎疫苗（下稱武肺疫苗）的員工（包括全職及兼職員工）於公餘時間，每兩星期到2019武漢肺炎社區檢測中心自費進行一次鼻腔和咽喉合併拭子核酸驗測。本會認為局方有關要求表面上非以強逼之名，但實為行強逼之實，做法不合情理。 此政策對所有醫院管理局的員工影響甚巨，不論是否有此政策，部分員工亦願意接種疫苗，然而，亦有部分員工對接種疫苗對身體可能出現的負面影響及副作用有真誠而合理的疑慮，另外，亦有部分員工無法負擔自費定期檢測的費用。 不論 貴局認為接種疫苗有何好處，無可否認的是，接種疫苗與否是一項個人醫療決定，理應建基於自由及知情選擇。此項決定有違<<香港人權法案>>下的私隱權原則，侵害人身，任何對此權利作出的干預都必須有正當理由。 本會亦觀察到，在作出此等影響甚巨的決定前， 貴局並未有廣泛…
