همه ما یا یه ترس هایی داریم، یا تراماهایی که موجب ترس هایی شده باشن... مثلا یکی از حیوون ها میترسه، یکی از تاریکی میترسه، یکی از روابط عاشقانه و سکس میترسه، یکی از تنهایی.... توی این شرایط مغز و احساسات ما قفل میکنن و مقاومت نشون میدن و هر چی زمان میگذره با بالاتر رفتن سن این قفل ها نه تنها باز نمیشن بلکه محکم تر میشن و خیلی از ماها موقعیت ها و اتفاق های مهم زندگیمون رو به خاطر این قفل ها ممکنه از دست بدیم. حالا چیکا…

رشد کردن همیشه با از دست دادن همراهه، باید از یه سری عادت، ترس یا وابستگی‌هایی که بهشون چسبیدی و باهاشون احساس امنیت میکنی دل بکنی، چون تا وقتی به همون چیزای آشنا بچسبی، جایی برای رشدت باز نمیشه.

فرار از یک سری واقعیت‌ها فقط کار رو واست سخت‌تر می‌کنه. چون بالاخره یه روزی در هر مکان و زمانی که باشی، سر راهت قرار می‌گیره و تو مجبور به روبه‌رویی باهاش و در نهایت پذیرفتنش می‌شی. اگر نردبون رو جای اشتباهی بذاری، بین پله ها متوجه بشی اشتباه اومدی، با هر پله ای که بری بالا اشتباه تو داری بزرگتر میکنی. راهش چیه؟ اولش باید سر جای خودت وایستی، بعدش راه رو برگردی. متوجه منظورم شدی دیگه؟
