📌 На моем сайте опубликованы правовые позиции из обзоров судебной практики Оренбургского областного суда по земельным отношениями за 2024 - 2025 годы. 3. Подпись в договоре. Очень интересное дело получилось. На данный момент оно на стадии отказа в иске судом первой инстанции. Договор заключался много лет назад. Подпись отчуждателя оспаривал наследник. Я смотрел на подпись и мне казалось, что она отличается от других образцов. Нельзя так делать. Когда кажется - надо к эксперту идти, а не гаданием заниматься.
