А я не хочу, не хочу по расчету. А я по любви и штрафов тоже не хочу⚠️ Согласно статье на Logirus, Счётная палата подтверждает: почти 50% АПВК в России либо сломаны, либо их легко обойти. Результат - 26 миллиардов рублей недополученных штрафов и тысячи нарушителей, которые спокойно перегружают оси и уходят от ответственности.
