امروز یه قانون روانشناسی رو میخوندم که در عین ساده بودنش خیلی جالب بود میگفت : چرا وقتی ماشینت جوش میاره حرکت نمیکنی؟ کنار میزنی و میایستی؟ چون ممکنه آتیش بگیره و به خودت و دیگران صدمه بزنه! خودت هم همینطوری وقتی جوش میاری عصبی و عصبانی میشی در این حال تختهگاز نرو بزن کنار، ساکت باش و هیچ نگو وگرنه هم به خودت آسیب میزنی هم به اطرافیان🌱 🔅
