RAYFace уже в работе. Честно, когда только смотрел на аппарат, думал: ну, хорошая технология, посмотрим. Но когда начали совмещать 3D-скан лица с МРТ и КТ в одной системе — картина диагностики стала заметно полнее. Вещи, которые раньше приходилось собирать по частям, теперь видны сразу и вместе. В Институте Гнатологии прошла апробация сканера RAYFace. Честно — я не сторонник внедрять что-то просто потому, что это новинка, но когда технология реально меняет качество работы, это другой разговор. RAYFace делает 3D-скан лица за 0,5 секунды. Сплинт — это не то, что просто берут и делают. Сначала нужно найти позицию. Терапевтическую позицию нижней челюсти, это важно отметить. Ту, в которой сустав не перегружен, мышцы не компенсируют, диск работает как должен. Звучит понятно, но найти её не так просто, как объяснить. Вот сижу, смотрю на МРТ, на данные аксиографии, на окклюзию. Думаю, где сустав находится сейчас и где он должен быть. Иногда разница неболь…

Каждый раз, когда начинаю работу с пациентом по ВНЧС, первый вопрос не «что лечим», а «как именно работает этот сустав». Аксиография даёт на это ответ. Фиксируем траектории движений нижней челюсти — открывание, закрывание, боковые смещения. Это не абстрактная картинка, это конкретные данные по конкретному человеку. Два пациента могут прийти с одинаковыми жалобами — щелчок, боль, ограничение открывания. Но механика…
