Кроме снижения ставки по ипотеке приняли ещё одно важное решение: увеличили сумму кредита, которую можно брать на покупку квартиры с использованием льготной ставки до 30 млн рублей в 4 регионах и 15 млн рублей в остальных. Подчеркну, что льготная ставка остаётся на уроне 12 и 6 млн, но теперь ее можно сочетать с другой субсидированной или рыночной ставкой. То есть если раньше в кредит можно было взять только 12 (6) …
