تعلمتُ من العذراء مريم (١) «فَقَامَتْ مَرْيَمُ فِي تِلْكَ الْأَيَّامِ وَذَهَبَتْ بِسُرْعَةٍ إِلَى الْجِبَالِ» (لو ١: ٣٩) عندما علمت العذراء مريم أن أليصابات نسيبتها حامل، ذهبت إليها مسرعة، رغم مشقة السفر وطول الطريق، لتكون بجوارها وتخدمها. أجمل ما يمكن أن أفعله في هذا الصوم هو أن أخرج قليلًا من دائرة نفسي، وأبحث عمّن يحتاج إلى خدمتي.
